Session hygiene
This site involves no money and awards nothing, but attention is a finite resource. Here is how we suggest keeping sessions bounded.
Scope
Removing payments removes financial risk entirely. It does not remove the pull of a short, repeatable loop that always has room for one more round. Rather than treat "it is free" as a complete answer, we would rather set out what a healthy session actually looks like.
Setting limits
Set the boundary before the first round, not during the fifth. Decisions made in advance survive contact with a session far better.
- Define an end time rather than a round count; a clock is harder to negotiate with.
- Run the timer on a device you are not playing on, and keep it out of reach.
- Avoid late sessions — they overrun consistently and feel shorter than they are.
- Queue the next activity before you start so that stopping has somewhere to go.
- Break away from the screen completely at least once per hour.
Warning indicators
- Opening the site reflexively instead of deliberately.
- Sessions continuing well beyond the point of enjoyment.
- Playing to offset a bad round rather than to enjoy the next one.
- Play displacing sleep, meals, work or commitments to other people.
- Irritation when a session is interrupted.
Available controls
Clearing this site from browser storage removes the shortcut and the local player record simultaneously, leaving nothing to return to. Domain-blocking extensions are effective, and every current operating system ships screen-time limits capable of capping daily usage per site. These tools are deliberately inflexible, which is what makes them work.
Support routes
If your relationship with play of any kind is a concern, a conversation is worth more than any written guidance. Confidential helplines, national health services and independent charities all offer free and anonymous support, and no threshold of severity is required before making contact.
A general practitioner is a reasonable starting point. Support organisations operate in most countries and are usually findable by searching your country name together with "play support helpline".
Age restriction
This site targets an audience aged 18 and over. On shared hardware, parental controls and supervised browser profiles are the most reliable way to keep it inaccessible to younger users.
