1. Agreement
Accessing getcasinoslots.com constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, close the tab; there is no account to terminate and nothing outstanding in either direction.
2. Age restriction
Access is intended for people aged 18 or over. Registration requires you to confirm this. A false confirmation is a breach of these terms.
3. Service description
We host a small library of free social games that execute in your browser. Nothing on this site can be purchased, redeemed or exchanged. No payment is requested at any stage and no prize is issued under any condition.
Counters and scores rendered by a title are display values. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed or claimed, and they carry no significance outside the running instance.
4. Player records
Player records are created in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to our infrastructure. Consequently: records do not synchronise between devices, we cannot restore a forgotten passphrase, and clearing browser data destroys the record irreversibly.
You are accountable for activity conducted through a record created on your device. As no personal data reaches us, we cannot adjudicate disputes concerning record usage.
5. Acceptable use
- No disruption, probing, overloading or reverse-engineering of the site.
- No automated agents, scripts or bots interacting with hosted titles.
- No reproduction or redistribution of site content without written permission.
- No misrepresentation of ownership of, or association with, this site.
6. Availability
The service is supplied as is. We make no uptime guarantee and the library may change without notice. Browser releases occasionally break third-party content in ways outside our control.
7. Third-party rights
Hosted titles remain the property of their respective creators. They are presented unmodified and free of charge, and we assert no ownership over them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for loss or damage arising from use of this site. With no payments or items of value in scope, ordinary use cannot generate financial loss.
9. Amendments
These terms may be amended. The published version is authoritative and continued use following an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.
